1. Who runs this site

emilsvfx.lv is run by Emīls Geršinskis-Ješinskis (EMILSVFX), Latvia. Contact: emilsvfx@gmail.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Portfolio work

Projects shown under Work were made for clients and partners. Footage, music, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown here for portfolio purposes only. Don't download, re-upload or reuse them.

3. Tutorials and code

You may use the code snippets and techniques from the blog in your own personal and commercial projects. Don't republish the tutorials themselves (text, images or videos) as your own, in whole or in large part. A link back is always appreciated.

4. Tools and downloads

Houdini assets and other tools are sold or given away through Rabbitsphere. Purchases, payments, refunds and licence terms are handled there and described on each product page. Unless that page says otherwise: one licence per seat, and no reselling or redistributing the asset itself.

5. No warranty

Tutorials, code and free tools are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Save your scenes and test on a copy before using anything in production. To the extent the law allows, EMILSVFX is not liable for lost work, data or profit arising from use of the site or its content.

6. External links

The site links to and embeds third-party services (YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, Rabbitsphere). Their own terms and privacy policies apply. See the Privacy Policy for what data they may receive.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date.
